Native Japanese
Fluent in English
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any other course
Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in BPO or Shared Service Company
HR experience in a Big Advantage
Customer Service experience is a Plus
Responsibilities:
Master data management of all HR records including employee information
Record and update employee contact information
Conduct monthly audit of employee data on the system
Support HR team and solve data issues
