Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any other course
• Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in BPO or Shared Service Company
• HR experience in a Big Advantage
• Customer Service experience is a Plus

Responsibilities:
• Master data management of all HR records including employee information
• Record and update employee contact information
• Conduct monthly audit of employee data on the system
• Support HR team and solve data issues
業務内容:
• 従業員のデータを含む人事記録の全データを取り扱うこと
• 従業員の連絡先を記録しアップデートすること
• 月ごとにシステム上の従業員のデータをチェックすること
• 人事チームをサポートし、データに関する問題を解決すること
