Position: Japanese Game Technology Operations Manager
Industry: Game Technology Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 130, 000 - 170, 000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Flexible to shifting schedule

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree of any course
• With at least 5 years Operations Manager experience in an Outsourcing company
• Ideally with minimum of 2 years project management experience
• Strong knowledge in Role Playing games and video games
• Experience in the same industry is a BIG Advantage
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in managing Clients, Team Lead and staffs of the company
• Assist and manage Team Leads' and employees and track their performance.
• Provide coaching for the continuously skills improvement of staffs
• Handle and manage Japanese related projects and develop good relationship with clients
• Handle multiple sets of gaming projects and ensure deliverables are based on client standards
• Lead meetings for every project
• Prepare strategy in line with the project schedule and budget
• Review performance in accordance to KPI
