Position: Japanese Engineer Manager (Earn up to P 150,000)

JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
• Manage Japanese Bridge SEs and Filipino engineers
• Handle projects from clients
• Understand needs and requirements from clients, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
• Monitor the status of projects and deadline
• Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria
Requirements:
• Experiences to handle Filipino subordinates as a manager
• knowledgeable about upper process
• Experience of development with ExPHP, Java ExPHP
• Knowledgeable about My SQL
• Knowledgeable about git
• Preferably knowledge of EC,CRM
• Good English communication skill
• JLPT N1/N2 level
• Familiar with Japanese culture
