Client Info: This is a Japanese IT Company specialize in providing web solutions to its clients including system development, website advertising and management.

Requirements:
Japanese National
With at least conversational English communication skills
Preferably Bachelor's Degree or Vocational course graduate
At least 1 - 2 years administrative experience
Experience working in Cram school is a big advantage
Amenable to work in Cebu City

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact person for a Cram School in Japan
Handle administrative task such as preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Answer inquiries from Cram School representative in Japan via phone calls and emails
Handle and resolve administrative problems
Process text book orders by Japanese clients and update company system for purchase orders
Assist in collection of payment and update company online records

月次報告の準備
電話やメールにて日本にある学習塾からの問い合わせにこたえること
メール対応
模擬試験・教科書の発注
備品の購入管理
事務仕事の問題にあたること
支払い業務・給与計算・経費管理など月次処理および記録
