Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
Graduate of Business Management of any related course.
Have 5-10 years experience as Manager - AVP in Collection preferably gained from banks, financial institutions or collection agency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in handling multiple teams from different disciplines is an advantage
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
Designs the structure of the organization to respond to trends and operational needs.
Strategize for short term and long-term planning to meet the company goals
Manages the output result of the office in terms of performance and efficiency.
Oversee the processes related to the departments.
Implement policies and techniques for the achievement of the company's objectives.
Formulate strategies for collection activities
Review and update the current collection policies and procedures
