• Filipino or Native Japanese
• Can read and write Japanese and English well
• Preferrably graduate but open with undergraduates
• At least 3-5 years work experience as Operations Manager or Project Manager in a BPO set-up
• Familiar with RPG and Online Video Games
Responsibilities:
• To manage projects in terms of deliverables and deadlines.
• To manage the project teams' work in terms of workflow, prioritizing, and task assignment.
• To manage clients' expectations in terms of CS strategy, productivity, efficiency, client support and quality.
• Assign roles and coordinate workflow within the project team.
• To develop and manage successful relationships with clients.
