Job Description:
The Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst for Finance and Accounting will be responsible in supervising the delivery of all accounts payable activities and assisting the accounts payables leaders in meeting the target. Tasks and responsibilities include:
Supervising the activities performed by the regular accounts payables processing Team within Manila Delivery Centers
Providing assistance to and coaching team members regularly
Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
Ensuring compliance to all client-published policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
Monitoring production issues and escalating challenges and issues to accounts payables leaders as needed
Ensuring adherence to SLAs, metrics and targets
Skills and Qualifications:
Open to college graduate and undergraduates with relevant work experience
N1 to N2 JLPT Linguistic Competence Level
Must have at least 3 years of work experience
Must have supervisory experience
Excellent communications skills in Japanese and English languages
Experience in Finance and Accounting and SAP is an advantage
Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
