Requirements:
• Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
• Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese
• At least High School graduate
• Preferably with Customer Service experience especially in airline-related concerns
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
• Handling travel/airline related customer concerns/inquiries and feedback through phone call and email
• Working in multiple queues and processes
• Submission of necessary documents & reports
• Maintaining proper filing system
Recruitment Process:
1. HR Interview in English
2. English and Japanese Assessment
3. Final Interview with Japanese Client
