Requirements:
Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese
At least High School graduate
With or without Customer Service experience
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
Handling travel/airline related customer concerns/inquiries and feedback through phone call and email
Working in multiple queues and processes
Submission of necessary documents & reports
Maintaining proper filing system
