Filipino fluent in both Japanese (both verbal and written) and English
Open for Japanese Level 1 and 2
Open for graduates and undergraduates
With BPO or CSR experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Receive customers inquiries through phone calls, emails or chat
Provide customer service in every customer interaction through voice, chat, email and other customer contact channels
