Requirements
JLPT N1-N2 Passer
Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
Experience of at least 2 years experience in a similar role (or accounting background)
Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
Knowledgeable in SAP Accounting Software
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily business operations and performing accounting procedures related to transactional accounting such invoicing, collections, account reconciliations. etc. .
In charge of timely processing of cash allocation/posting of payments and clearing customer's accounts.
Generating invoices and account statements.
Participate in Team meetings and engage in team initiatives as one team.
Producing monthly financial and management reports.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
