Responsibilities
Accounting duty related to a tutoring school based in Japan, advertising business and system business
Handling Daily accounting Tasks
Keeping accounting records
Management of account books
Responsible Payment Management such as collecting bills, calculation of unpaid expenditure and processing bank transfer and deleting unpaid expenditure
Responsible in Monthly Management
Making monthly settlement flow
Management of monthly closing
Transfer tasks to licensed tax accountant
Preparing management data
Calculation of salaries
