Description
The ideal candidate for this position is flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden and dining room and public areas.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed
-Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
-Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins
-Perform gardening and landscaping
-Ensure rooms are maintained
Qualifications:
-4+ years janitorial experience
-High school diploma
-Capacity to take direction
-Physically fit, hard working and can do multi-tasking
-Can driver motorcycle
-Preferably residing in or near San Juan City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Junior High School
Years of experience: 4
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
