We are looking for:
JANITORIAL / UTILITY
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas of the assigned area.
Collects garbage from female CR and segregates it to designated garbage bins
Cleaning the toilet bowls, floor, walls and the lavatory of female and male rest rooms.
Assigned in sweeping, mopping the floor and wiping the railings in assigned area of responsibility.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Specific work location:
- Rosedale Place, Beside Doña Rita Village, Gov. Cuenco Ave., Cebu City
