Duties and Responsibilities
 
Installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Implementing, administers, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches and controllers
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like CCTV, printers and scanners
Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request
Testing new technology
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
ID making
Performs additional task that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
 
Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
At least 1 year experience related to IT duties
Knowledgeable in installing & troubleshooting computers for both hardware and software, network configuration, printers and scanners
Computer proficient
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems
Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
Attention to details
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Dependable and flexible when necessary
Strong organization skills including demonstrable multitasking and planning skills
Network security experience
LAN and WAN experience
Graphics/Layout (preferred but not required)
With basic programming skills (preferred but not required)
