IT Technology Senior Associate is responsible for complex IT issues solving, taking part in IT project management and serve as consultant for SAP employees seeking support from the Global Information Technology department.
Qualifications
To succeed in these new exciting roles, the following knowledge and experience are necessary:
. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
. At least 2 years working experience on IT support
. Advance knowledge of Operating systems (Windows, Mac)
. Advance PC hardware knowledge and configuration (laptops and desktop)
. Microsoft product and services (Office, SharePoint, Teams, Azure etc.)
. Microsoft Outlook and Email functionalities
. IT security measures (Anti-virus, Trojan, Vulnerability, Patching, SecurID)
. Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, cabling, LAN, Wireless, WAN, VPN)
. Remote access technology such as VPN, terminal server
. Good knowledge in Asset Management
. Familiarity with IT Support Ticketing platform like Servicenow
. IT Project management experience is plus
. Office build experience is a plus
. Microsoft MCSE Windows certification or equivalent is a plus
. ITIL foundation certified is a plus
. SAP knowledge or exposure a plus
. Good working knowledge on Low Code no code programming like SAP build or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
. Excellent customer focus and communication skills
. Good problem solving/analytical skills
. Systematical, communicative and creative focus
. Good communication with others, teamwork spirit, good team player
. Fluency in English speaking and writing is an advantage
Responsibilities
. Maintain all SAP office IT infrastructure in the Philippines
. Take pare or lead event support
. Setup new offices upon requirement
. Provide system support to Philippine SAP employees
. Participate in global/regional/local IT projects
. Rollout IT services to end-users
. Learn and implement new cutting-edge technology or service
