The purpose of this role is to support our US client overall operations in system troubleshooting and updates.
Job Responsibilities * Work with E-Courier Transportation Management System to perform troubleshooting and updates for Vendors and Operations
Ensure data integrity and audit processes
Create key business reports using database-reporting tools for internal and external request
Create Excel Templates to update into E-Courier Transportation Management System
Maintain and create reports for KPI
Assist IT Director for Data quality of reporting dashboards
Organize and analyze data, work process, workflow, data storage, and retrieval and records management
Manage Custom API Integration for current and future clients using XML
Assist IT Administrator for key issue in the IT Helpdesk and Reporting Helpdesk
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
Knowledgeable in API integration through XML
At least 2 years' experience as IT systems staff
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel
