IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT (MALE)
 
Qualifications:
Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT related course.
Must have at least 2 years working experience in network environment.
Hands-on experience in all version of MS Windows, Linux, Mac OS, MS Office, Open Office, Internet Browsers, Lotus Notes, Antivirus and Diagnostics tools.
Proficient in LAN, PC and printer set-up, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Main Responsibilities:
Searches and identifies solutions to software and hardware issues.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots technical and network issue.
Properly escalates unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Prioritizes and manages several open issues at one time.
Prepares accurate and timely reports.
