Job IT Technical Support
Description
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field
- Preferably 1 year Experience in Computer networks and systems maintenance
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high- pressure situations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
- Know how to use tester and other testing/troubleshooting tools is a plus
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repair work on production hardware
- Install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT Equipment
- Provides technical support for daily operations of personnel
