Job Summary
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle for IT professionals, with a primary focus on software developers, based on the needs of our clients and internal teams. This is a rewarding position where you will take ownership of the full process from sourcing to hiring, providing vital support to our business growth through talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and team leads to define job requirements, skills, and qualifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing: Utilize a variety of methods including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit through interviews and technical assessments.
Coordination: Manage and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping them engaged with our organization.
Employer Branding: Showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities through social media campaigns, blog posts, and participation in industry events.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and career goals to facilitate successful placements.
Qualifications (Required)
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring software developers.
Skills:
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to job offer negotiation.
A thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and software development concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within a software development or IT outsourcing (BPO) company.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment software and sourcing tools.
Professional certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., CIR, PRC-CPD) are a plus.
Ideal Candidate
