QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of BS Computer Science or BS Information Technology, Computer Eng'g. or its equivalent
• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in software documentation and software testing
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
• Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
• Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
• Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
• Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Knowledgeable in Hardware & Software installation
• Know how to reformat PC/
• With knowledge in remoting clients
• Candidate must be approachable to clients
• Know how to install printer & network
• Willing to be assigned in Masbate
Responsibilities :
• Answering all concerns/Quires via phone calls, text, Viber, Skype, etc.
• Remoting clients with regards to program errors & installation
• Provides technical support to all department and ensure that computers, equipment, and ancillaries are smoothly running.
