You'll be the driving force that will source, interview and hire the best candidates to empower CGI's projects, being part of our experienced recruitment team. We're looking for a team player with deep knowledge of the IT recruitment field and a good knowledge of spoken and written English. Your future duties and responsibilities: - Ensure that we meet the recruitment plan and keep the Hiring Managers up to date - Able to source candidates and conduct searches to build strong candidate pipelines autonomously - Develop and execute different sourcing strategies like advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, direct sourcing, job fairs and others - Conduct Interviews and extend job offers - Follow up on the selected candidates to assure a great onboarding experience. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience with IT Tech Recruitment (mandatory) - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory) - Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus - Good command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent communication skills - Team player attitude.
