Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
 Oversees day-to-day operations of organization's network infrastructure
 Supervises standard system administration duties including server installation, system/application
installation and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, firewall
administration and overall internal network security, etc.
 Supports and manages network infrastructure and maintains excellent response times and cycles
times
 Deploys and implements core network systems to assure its high availability and quality
 Ensures Server Image and VHD back-up for all PSMBFI core systems
 Ensures timely delivery and implementation of networking and security projects and activities in
coordination with Information Security section
 Coordinates and liaises with third party service providers and/or in-house technical support personnel
into incorporating and updating network infrastructure.
 Provides IT related orientation and basic training to end-users
 Maintains software licenses and closely monitors upgrade schedules
 Participates in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Business Continuity Plan and
Disaster Recovery plan
 Oversees daily work and activities of staff
 Evaluates existing administrative or operational policies, practices, and techniques on assigned
section and recommends improvements
 Maintains manpower in the assigned section. Sets performance goals, monitors team productivity,
and provides performance evaluations and constructive feedback to subordinates
 Prepares inter-office memoranda, communications, and reports related to assigned section
 Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
 Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
