JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or any equivalent program
Provides IT systems, technical services, and customer support
Conducts and assists in executing both hardware and software periodic maintenance, diagnosis, checking and installation
Maintains Data Center cleanliness and orderliness
Secures and disposes IT resources
Responds to IT emergency events and performs disaster recovery tasks
Provides ideas for IT plans and improvement of business processes
