IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in systems administration to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network and systems infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and providing technical support to end-users. This role requires a deep understanding of system administration, networking, and excellent helpdesk skills to assist users and fellow employees with technical issues.
What we're looking for at Hestia:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university
Minimum three years of IT systems administrator experience
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems as well as Windows Server 2012, 2016, etc., and Virtualization
Experience with Hyper V, Vmware, Storage, NetApp, Pure, Backup Veeam, Rubrik are preferred.
Must have a thorough knowledge and experience of firewall equipment such as Fortinet appliances.
Proven experience on helpdesk support is required.
Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices are preferred.
Must have a proven track record in managing teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills
