This is an office-based, full-time, permanent position in Cebu City.
Responsibilities:
Develop modules and design process for automation in HR and CRM system applications;
Manages AWS workspaces and Windows Server;
Provides troubleshooting for servers, network devices, and firewall configurations;
Provides basic PC troubleshooting and software installation for clients and end-users;
Set up accounts and workstations;
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements;
Upgrade systems with new releases and models;
Responds to problems and concerns received from the different sites, clients and provides solutions via remote management;
Evaluates, recommends and provides justification for purchase of hardware and software solutions.
Requirements
3+ experience in developing modules for HR and CRM systems, preferably Zoho;
Project management skills - trained scrum master and agile development and methods;
Proven experience IT/Network Administrator or similar role;
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management;
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
Excellent English verbal and written skills;
Must have experience with Amazon workspace;
Organized, systematic, and able to work autonomously;
Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
Strong work ethic - must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done.
