Job Description/Qualifications
· IT graduate or any related course
· Background in programming - VB,.NET, HTML,C#
· Knowledgeable in database system, SQL commands.
· Knowledgeable in linux/unix environments
· Knowledgeable in network principles - routing and connections
· Good logical and problem isolation thinking process
· Good in written and verbal communications (English)
Job Description:
1. Learn the ISO8583 transaction messaging format
2. Learn the NDC ATM messaging format
3. Learn and master the Smart Vista Switch applications
4. Learn the database schemas of Smart Vista application
5. Understand the transaction processing flow from ATM<->Switch<-> Txn Network (BancNet)
6. Investigate all issues raised by customer
7. Troubleshoot issues and determining cause of error if from ATM, Switch or from BancNet
8. Making the written report related to #5
9. Checking if issue can be solve by settings in the Switch app or would need code changes
10. Escalate any issue that cannot be resolved by ITC to BPC support.
11. Apply all fixes from BPC needed to resolve the issue. Test if it fixed issue/s
12. Provide SIT and UAT documentation reports
13. Provide Release Notes for the customer who would perform the loading of patch in prod server
14. Assist in testing and in explaining issues to customers
