JOB SUMMARY:
Provides technical support by responding to IT issues
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverage;
Respond to IT issues;
Perform hardware, software, networking maintenance, etc;
Provide remote or onsite helpdesk and technical support;
Setup equipment for new users and employees;
Ensure system optimization for all technological resources;
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least IT Fresh Graduate;
Excellent problem-solving and critical skills;
Good organizational and reporting skills;
Very detail-oriented; and
Must be willing to work onsite, on holidays, and in shifting schedules.
