Job Description/ Functions
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Providing technical support across the company, either face-to-face or over the phone
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Setting up new accounts for new users
Work continuously on a task until completion
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
 Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customer and other professionals.
Test and evaluate new technology
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Qualifications
Male/Female
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related course
Years of experience in the same field is an advantage
