JOB DUTIES
Support clients in a fast-paced Managed Services environment
Understand and use ITIL and Service Management principles
Use MSP automation tools set such as Autotask or ConnectWise
Deliver the following technologies and solution or similar: Microsoft Technologies, Server Technologies, Storage Technologies, Backup & IDR Solutions, Virtualisation Solutions, Networking, and/or Public Cloud
Work with Design and Construction software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam or Enscape
Schedule : AU Shift 6AM to 3PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Overtime pay
Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
JOB QUALIFICATION
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3 years’ experience in similar client facing role
Knowledge in ITIL and Service Management principles
Knowledge, experience, and/or relevant certification in the following:
Microsoft technology such as Office 365, Microsoft AD, Exchange & Windows Server
Server technologies such as HPE, Dell, IBM
Storage technologies such as HPE*
Backup & DR solutions such as Veeam and Datto*
Virtualisation solutions such as VMware and HyperV*
Networking such as Cisco, Meraki and Sophos Firewalls*
Public Cloud such as Microsoft Azure or AWS*
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Having a solutions-focused approach to how you go about your work
Proven troubleshooting skills and polite phone manner
Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, and a positive can-do attitude
Maintain composure, remaining calm and focused under pressure
Strong knowledge in servers
Knowledgeable in configuring routers, managing switches, network monitoring & security, and manage web hosting and emails.
Configure server, VoIP Server for IP phone etc..
Willing to work on-site
