Position Title: IT Support (IT Associate - Chatbot Development Support)
Salary Grade: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: July 2023
Schedule : 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the chatbot development team to assist in all stages of chatbot implementation and maintenance
Assist in analyzing chatbot usage data and user interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights
Assist in Managing and updating chatbot content, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with company guidelines
Conduct testing of chatbot functionalities and report bugs or performance issues to the development team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of chatbot development principles, conversational design, and NLP
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and user support
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address chatbot-related challenges
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the team's success
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the dynamic field of chatbot development
