Ripple Kids Educational Services, Inc., a subsidiary of RareJob, Inc. is a Japanese Online English School specializing in kids established on January 16, 2017.
Ripple’s service has grown to be the No.1 Kids' Online English School in Japan.  Since the majority of schools in the country were for businessmen, it was not a good environment for kids to learn English. From such a viewpoint, we have come up with the idea that we establish an online school for kids and beginners to feel free to start learning English and carry-out the Company’s mission that is to encourage 10 million Japanese to speak fluent English.
We are currently looking for:
IT Support/Infrastructure
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course
Able to operate with minimal supervision and maintain a professional demeanor under stress
At least 1 year of IT work experience
CCNA certification and MCSA certification is a plus
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Computer Software and Hardware configuration and troubleshooting
Windows 10 configuration and troubleshooting
Router, switch, access point, and firewall configuration and troubleshooting
Windows Server 2012 and Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting
Windows Group Policy Management configuration and troubleshooting
Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) configuration and troubleshooting
Network-attached Storage (NAS) and File Server configuration and troubleshooting
Anti-Virus Administration configuration and troubleshooting
Batch command and PowerShell scripting
Linux terminal troubleshooting/scripting
L1 to L3 OSI configuration and troubleshooting
Work Scope:
Provide Network and System Administration related solutions for various projects and operational needs
Develop and maintain installation/ configuration procedures
Research and recommend innovative approaches/ technology for the continuous improvement of IT Department operational tasks
Perform regular systems monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all infrastructure resources and processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of schedule (automated/manual) jobs such as backups.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify threats and prevent possible intrusions
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot systems (firewall, routers, switches and servers) to ensure stability and security of our services.
Provide IT related technical assistance.
Coordinate with other departments for the efficient and timely completion of activities.
Maintain good relationship to supplier through proper coordination.
Other related tasks as assigned by the management.
