Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
• Familiar with mikrotik router, CISCO switch
• Familiar with Windows11 and ubuntu system
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
