Description
Our client is a busy IT support and service business. We are looking for an experienced person to work as an IT Support Administrator to assist with the daily scheduled and unscheduled workflow, manage the communication flow with clients and assist with the administrative duties in the office. We want someone organised, methodical and can solve problems calmy and logically. You will be working with the Director of the business as well as a team of staff; servicing clients and working as the central administration person. You will be someone who can be an office "all-rounder" as well as having the IT knowledge to support the clients various IT requirements.

JOB TYPE: Fulltime
LOCATION: This is a VA role where you work from home. Anywhere in the Philippines
Australia has the same time zone as the Philippines; no working odd hours!!
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ticketing & Helpdesk experience: Autotask PSA and ticketing System
• General Networking, VPN and firewall technologies/configuration experience
• Help to manage client billing and collect overdue invoices
• Microsoft 365 Administration experience (Including licenses) Admin Portal - Knowledge of the admin portal including creating accounts, applying licenses, shared mailboxes, security groups etc.
• Azure Active Directory - The directory services behind Microsoft 365. Specifically security policies, including MFA.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, ideally around the integration with SharePoint.
• PowerShell Scripting knowledge would be nice.
• Knowledge of Azure and VM Creation
• Xero Reconciling - Basic Xero knowledge required, advanced knowledge advantageous
• Datto RMM, Datto Backupify, Shadow Protect Backup, IT Glue
• Wordpress Websites - Editing pages, adding new content etc.
• General administration tasks.
• Assist with social media content, newsletters and email marketing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Solid spoken and written English skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
• Managing documents, applications and data entry
• Attention to detail, time management and multi tasking
• Ability to get to know the clients written and spoken style, their mannerism and be able to make decisions based on what the client would normally do.
