Description
*Degree in IT, Computer Science, or associate field.
*With at least 5 years related experience in Supervisory or Senior Staff Level.
*Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills, extensive experience in windows server configuration, computer hardware & software administration, knowledge in various programming tools and language.
*Provide leadership and support to IT's Network/Infrastructure Programs and System Development functions.
*Maintains and secures SMPIC network & database systems.
*Provide support in computer hardware & software troubleshooting, including installations, configurations & smooth operations of the company's computer peripheral equipment.
*Analyze company's computer technology needs, develop systems & programs or enhance existing to maintain its smooth operations.
*Evaluate performance & maximize team's efficiency by coaching or training as needed.
