We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Staff to ensure smooth technical operations across our hotel and elevate our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hardware and software maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of all IT systems.
Handle cabling and network infrastructure to maintain seamless connectivity.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the hotel's CCTV system for security assurance.
Help manage and monitor the hotel's website to enhance user experience and functionality.
Implement IT security measures to protect hotel data and systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Graduate of at least a Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other computer-related courses
Knowledge of cabling and network systems such as WI-FI management.
Hands-on experience with CCTV operation and maintenance.
Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and development tools.
Basic SEO knowledge is an advantage but not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
