The IT User Services Administrator will be responsible for a variety of activities that include planning, design and delivery of technical infrastructure and desktop solutions.
A Day in a Life..
Install new hardware, systems, and software for on-boarding employees.
Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and telephony systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and anti-spam.
Deliver technical solutions as per specified plans, deliverables, costs and timelines.
Document technical issues, solutions and support information for future reference.
Clearly articulate technical issues, solutions and activities to colleagues and customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Technology or any related course
With at least 1-2 years of experience
A keenness and desire to learn new skills.
Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed.
Be extremely detail oriented.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
Able to operate in dynamic work environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Stress tolerance.
Advanced troubleshooting skills focused on determining hardware vs. software, hardware vs. firmware, software vs. operating systems, network vs. application/systems, and patterned vs. non-repeatable problems.
OTHER SKILLS
Should be able to troubleshoot Windows7/10 client OS issues.
Should be aware of Windows Active Directory.
Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows Xp, Vista,7&8).
Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops.
Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues reported by users.
Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion.
Trouble shooting hardware, software & networking problems.
