Provide technical assistance to onsite user concerns which includes computer installations and configurations, other IT hardware and software matters.
Monitor performance and maintain system according to requirements
Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance of PC and network facilities to ensure its liability
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or BS IT 4 years course graduate
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry
Trainings & Licenses on System Administration & Management Information systems is a plus but not required. Others:
Must be able to Communicate Effectively both written and Oral
