As a Junior IT Staff, you are responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, assisting with IT projects, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring data security.
We are looking for motivated individuals with:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
Experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with IT security and data protection.
