• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related computer courses
• Above-average knowledge in computer (Software and Hardware)
• Organized, strong-willed and can work with minimum supervision
• Flexible, trainable, independent, can do multi-tasking job and responsible
FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Repair and reform unplanned events that adversely affects the network or computing environment.
2. System administrator support manages and ensures operating capability of both the LAN and WAN networks both wireless and wired are up to all hours of operation.
3. Ensuring hardware, software and network upgrades, installs, re-installs, changes and relocations are efficiently completed as required.
4. Installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, N-Computing workstations, network cabling and Ethernet networks.
5. Troubleshooting computing systems, networks and application malfunctions and correct them as well as other operational difficulties.
6. Investigating recommending and installing enhancements and operating procedures that regulate network availability.
7. Planning and implementing network security including setting up firewalls managing host security and installing anti-virus.
8. Ensure the compatibility of components with the existing infrastructure and to maximize the efficiency of the hospital resources.
9. Availability often required at key hours in response to needs of the systems in use.
10. Attend and participate in staff meeting as called for by the Administrator.
11. Attends and participates in other meetings and seminars as required.
