Description
Implement network related cabling(Fiber, Wireless, Copper) with the help of Facilities Management - maintenance team to doing the rough-ins, cable pulling that are based on escalation request from Customer Service team, Technical Support Team leader/Supervisor, Facilities Management Manager or Electronic Systems Personnel.
Install and support Computer hardware devices, network edge devices and other IT related peripherals in regards to company policies.
Level 1 support to all Teleempire offices, clients and suggest possible network, hardware, software or process improvements.
Process and implement Inter Department requests based on SOP or policies and guidelines.
Ensure that all client request are well documented and act as level 1 Help desk support for clients IT issues.
Record, process and assist the documentation, Reports of all IT related changes and ensure that all changes on the IT Infrastructure are recorded and are approved by Technical Support Team lead/Supervisor or Facilities Management Manager.
Level 1 Support on all Teleempire IT related task that are assigned or escalated by Technical Support Team lead/Supervisor, Electronic Systems Personnel or Facilities Management Manager.
Take part on possible Research and development plans for improving existing services and process.
