Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Checking the status of Main Server (IMS, TPS and Networking) to all main Hub. Restore and Restarting.
2. Checking Hyper Terminal & PBAX of Telephone if some loses or not running in capture mode.
3. Updating E-mail & Anti-Viruses, Deleting Email if he webmail is full.
4. Checking Xerox Machines if there are problems or defective parts, if it is, call immediately the technician.
Checking of printers in all department and changes ink if empty and repair if there's a problem.
5. Checking, Repairing and Reinstalling of Networking, Networking & all Hubs in all department.
6. Backing-up Quickbook Professional 2006 for Accounting Use. Store in main server with Anti Virus.
7. Monthly inventory of Ink of all printers and Toners for Monocrone Printers and Xerox Machine.
Monthly inventory of computer parts, if use or not use, changed or defective.
8. Checking the status of barcode of crates in FG and Warehouse , if they need another barcode for some loses.
9. Renewal of license of important software like Antivirus, Quickbooks Professional for Accounting, Solid works for Mold Department and Autocad. Checking, Updating, and Installation.
10. Help some office staff regarding on their problem or trouble shooting in their computers.
11. Layouting some important data like floorplan of the company and company profile.
Prinitng Autocad Drawing for Mold Department.
12. Follow-up the supplier regarding on the delivery or the delivery schedule of the requested parts.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Availability for travel: No
