Job summary
We are looking for an IT Analyst/Troubleshoot that provide technical support and advice to our IT users. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. We offer a Full time job with available Shifting Hours work schedule. To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Programming, If you're naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Solving password problems
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Fresh graduate or without experience candidate are also welcome to apply
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
