₱ 15,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
• Escalate urgent and complex tickets to network and systems engineering team work with colleagues to resolve.
• Respond to client support requests within documented SLAs.
• Keep ticketing system up to date with internal and external updates and time entries.
• Upgrade computer software for Clients as required.
• Assist with maintenance / patching / reboot processes
• Provide support for desktops (MAC and Windows OS), desktop applications, mobile devices (iOS and Android) and cloud/SaaS applications (O365, M365 and third-party websites).
• Support ongoing monitoring systems and reply to all monitoring alerts within documented SLAs.
• Provide correct and complete documentation of all incidents, with an accurate description of all troubleshooting steps followed, and root cause analysis.
• Work from Home - schedule is 24x7. Shifting schedule
• Laptop will be provided.
• Salary: PHP 15,000 per month + 2k for reimbursement
• Requirement: Internet 25MBPS,
• Minimum number of experiences 1 year in the IT support field.
• Provide remote technical support to clients
