Job Title: IT Staff/Data Analyst (CRM Focus)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Staff/Data Analyst with a strong focus on CRM data management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our CRM data, ensuring smooth CRM operations, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
 
 
Responsibilities:
CRM Data Management:
Cleaning and Organizing:
Identify, correct, and de-duplicate duplicate contacts and companies within the CRM.
Cleanse data fields (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses, addresses) to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
Enrich contact data with relevant information from external sources, adhering to data privacy regulations.
Encoding and Arranging:
Accurately encode and update contact information, company profiles, deals, and other relevant data within the CRM.
Organize and structure data within the CRM to improve data accessibility, reporting, and analysis.
Implement and maintain data entry standards and best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in marketing and sales campaigns.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across departments.
Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets.
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Ensure data integrity by validating, analyzing, and identifying errors in data through established rules and policies.
IT Support:
Provide basic IT support to internal users, including troubleshooting software issues, resolving technical problems, and maintaining computer equipment.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in CRM and data management.
 
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in an analyst role preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, such as Google Sheets and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare datasets into clean, understandable, usable formats for data analysis.
Ability to optimize analytical reports for maximum speed, efficiency, and accessibility.
 
 
Bonus Points:
Experience with SQL or other database query languages.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and their integration with CRM systems.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
