JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Purpose of the position
Responsible for providing primarily PC Hardware and software support, set up and configuration.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
l Deliver break fix-service
l Ensure that the faulty equipment is repaired to working order. Recommend if the faulty equipment requires replacement and escalate to Team Lead if requires hardware vendor resolution.
l Support and maintenance for hardware such as PCs, Laptops,printers,tablets,mobiles etc. In line with Client's requirements.
l Ensure that all daily tasks are handled in proper SLA level such as but not limited to Avaya Softphone/Hardphone Deployment and Configuration, Laptop & Desktop set up,Equipment/device inventory, printer support,active directory clean up,wired/wifi internet connection support,outlook issues and concern.
l Provide assistance in case there is a need of ground support in network.
l Perform other task required from time time that is related to the position.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
