Job Description:
Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems, resolving technical issues, and answering user inquiries.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT infrastructure.
Perform system backups and data recovery to safeguard against data loss.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Identify and implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Collaborate with other IT team members to plan, implement, and upgrade IT systems and networks.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and make recommendations for system improvements.
Document and maintain technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training and user education on IT systems and applications.
Perform other task like Calibration (thermometer and weighing scale) and building preventive maintenance.
