Job Overview
 
The primary function of an IT Specialist is to install, monitor and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Hardware device management and maintenance
Monthly inventory for hardware assets
Makes monthly reports on support calls and requests
Network checking and maintenance
Computer hardware and software installation
Offers technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
CCTV monitoring and installation
Requests IT equipment such as computer parts and accessories
Job Specifications:
Graduate of Information Technology or other related field
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and hardware
Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
