IT support like assisting, training, troubleshooting of IT related concerns(computer, printers, router and others)
IT Network Maintenance like installation, maintaining existing systems and servers, configuration
Offer and assist technical support to company staff
Monitoring and updating all social media accounts and website of the company
Prepare FB account and website content, information, details and other content pertinent to the company business needs
Conceptualize and creates graphic designs and promotional needs of the company
Assist in organizing events and product launches
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant must be Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or any related course
With at least 1 year experience in IT; System Administration experience
Solid experience handling Microsoft
Experience creating and implementing IT Policies and Procedures and New IT Systems
Software development experience is an advantage but not required
